HOW OUR COLLABORATION WORKS!
What your project includes
All sites include the following
– Domain name
– Hosting
– SSL certificate
– Daily backup
– Basic logo if you need one
– Email (single email address)
– Website
– WordPress training
Plus a lifetime Divi Theme license retailing at over £200.
You may have extras depending on your selected package.
If you need extras or more pages these are added to a timesheet and billed at the end of your project.

For all your design work and training you will get my undivided attention… I don’t outsource any of the design work, thats all me.
Project Schedule
Once all of your content and images have been recevied and you have completed all of the forms your project will be scheduled into the diary.
We run concurrent projects and will give you approximage timescales which are flexible depending on when we receive what we need from you.
We will endeavour to keep you in the loop on any significant project changes.
If you are having branding, video, photography or copy as part of your project the website will come at the end of all of these elements being completed.
Project Hub
All of your documents and instructions wil be inside your project hub. Including any tasks I need you to complete.
This is the heart of your project and everything you need can be found there.
You will receive secure login details for your project hub.

HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO!
STEP 1 - Select a design
Your first step is to select a design from my gallery, this gives a ‘look and feel’ direction to your site, which I customise for you based on your branding and content.
Please let me know via your project portal which design you have selected.
All sites have the following pages
– 3 standard pages home/about/contact
– 1 or more extra pages based on the package you select
– privacy page with standard GDPR policy
You can add additional pages if you need them; they are not limited in any way.
STEP 2 - Pick A Logo - Optional!
If you already have a logo you can skip this step.
If you would like a logo from the free designs available I will create one for you.
Please let me know via your project portal which logo you have selected.

STEP 3 - Complete Project Forms
There are various forms in the portal whcih will require completion
- Contract
- Project Onboarding – design choicces, logo, contact details and socials
STEP 4 - Upload all your stuff!
Your project portal contains a link to your website folder.
The folder is for you to upload all of your documents and images.
Please do not email project images or content, it becomes impossible to keep track of and delays your project.
STEP 4 - Briefing time
Once you have uploaded everything the creative part can begin.
We will kick off with a zoom meeting to discuss look and feel, and all our other project biz.
STEP 5 - Site Build
I’ll check over your content and check in with you if I have questions and then I’ll get started putting everything together.
I’ll set up your hosting and emails and you can get your new email address set up on all your devices.
Within 2-3 weeks you will have your site back for review.
STEP 6 - Review
Depending on your package you have chosen you will have a set amount of time for design changes, which we can do online together or you can send over to me as feedback.
I like to do them together, it’s a much more efficient way of using your allocated time when you watching your budget, but this is totally up to you.
If you need extra time for design changes I can just add those onto a timesheet for you a special project rate.
STEP 7 - Go Live & Training
Once we are finished we can make your site live and book you in for training!
Depending on your package you will have one or more training sessions, where we will cover basic WordPress training, how to edit and add content and change images.
STEP 7 - Support
After your site goes live, you will receive
- Personalised user guide
- Access to basic training videos
Plus free technical support for any questions you have for 2 months after your site goes live.
I have a support and maintenance package available for a small fee if you would like to continue to receive software updates, telephone and email support as well as an ad-hoc design changes you need, all billed to a timesheet at a preferential rate as a priority client.
