So we can get your site details spot on here is what you need to do next…

I will begin the set up of your site requesting your domain name and hosting, you may receive some emails from Encode who are your hosting company, you don’t need to make any payments as this is all included in your project for the first year.

Please read through the following email carefully as it contains the information for our project.


Your website will have 4/6/8 pages depending on what you have purchased and you will need to write the content for each one.


If you have your own images or photography that is great,¬† don’t worry if you don’t have any, I can provide some for you.


If you would like an email address to match your domain e.g. hello@mynewdomain.co.uk then please let me know and I’ll set one up for you.

I’ll ask you to upload your documents and images online using a special link which I will send in an email

Please bookmark the link!

It’s important to use the link so that I can find everything in that one place when I am ready to start your project.

Please provide the words for each of your pages

  1. In a a single or multiple documents
  2. For example home/about/services/contact
  3. You can have any page title so reference these clearly
  4. Don’t forget when you to include the location of your business
  5. Contact details that will be used on the website e.g. phone number and email address
  6. If you need additional pages over those included in your package please include these and they will be billed at the end of the project, pages cost from £65 depending on the complexity of the content and required design time.



If you have images please upload these also


  1. Profile images
  2. General images for use in the site
  3. Blog or news story image
  4. Logo files
  5. Partner/sponsor/accreditation logo files


Please make a note of all your links in a document:


  1. social media links
  2. any other external links e.g. donations and petitions
  3. video links e.g. YouTube & Vimeo
  4. affiliates & partners
  5. accreditations & professional bodies
  6. Sales funnels or landing pages
  7. Booking systems e.g. Calendly, Acuity etc

If there is any other detail you would like to share with me please jot it all down and upload it, the more information I have the better e.g.


  1. If you have testimonials please add these to the Dropbox
  2. If you have a preferred set of colours you would like me to use make a note of these in your document
  3. Call to action – what is yours, what do you want people to do after they visit your site, book a call, sign up for a freebie?

I will need all of your content before this date to be able to start, and once I receive that I’ll book a meeting with you to go through it all before I begin.
